We have partnered with Stivers, the "Dean of Beans" as they're known throughout the Midwest.  Exceptional attention to detail is taken in every step of their process, from selecting beans that are grown without the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, to the low-and-slow technique (a lower initial temperature and longer roasting time) that delivers a more even roast and incredible flavor--no over roasting or burned beans ever!  Roasted in small batches, you can choose from a wonderful selection of single-origins and blends, and get whole beans or freshly ground.
