This is a dense, caramel honey with flavors of molasses, butterscotch, carob, fig, and raisin. Collected from the dense tropical fruit orchards of Nayarit, Mexico, including mango, avocado, and citrus. Pairs well with buttery cheese, vanilla, waffles, bacon, red meats, rum, and chocolate.

The bees thrive in organic-practice orchards or wild areas where many varieties of wildflowers, weeds and blooming trees are part of the available nectar supply, allowing for diversity in the bee’s diet and resulting in layered, unique honey, and strong, healthy colonies.
